Standard Production

After you place your order we need around 3-5 business days for card production and handling.

This is the aim, however this could exceed if any delays occur or if we are in a busy period. Weekends do not count towards the process as it’s not a business day.

We suggest to always order in advance if you need this for a special occasion.

Faster Production (Additional charge)

After you place your order we will produce and dispatch your card within 1-2 days.

Proof

We will send you a proof of your design for your approval. A link to the proof will be sent by email where you can then view it online. If we do not receive your approval/non approval, of this proof within 24 hours, you agree (by way of ticking the box at checkout) that the card will got to print.

Shipping

Standard UK shipping is included on all our cards. Standard shipping is Royal Mail 2^nd class.

We offer advanced shipping options, of Royal Mail 24, and Royal Mail Special delivery, at an additional cost.

The production times detailed above, DO NOT include time for delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for our delivery provider, once the card has been dispatched by us.

Refunds Policy

All of our sales are final, no refunds can be processed due to all of our products being personalised and/or manufactured on demand specifically for the customer.

Any valid refunds are processed as Sports Cards store credits. This will ONLY allow you to place orders on sports-cards.co.uk

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have been damaged in the delivery process or if a mistake has been made by us when personalising our custom item. You must provide photo evidence of damages or mistakes.

If for some reason the shipment from us does not get delivered to you after 15 working days from shipping day we will look into this and consider the parcel as lost.

Your right to cancel

If you have placed an order and we have not ordered your goods from our printer we will issue an immediate refund.

Your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not pass on your address or personal details to any 3rd party company, person or persons.

Email addresses are used to send you confirmation of orders, as well as status updates on orders you have placed with us that are yet to be completed.

Order records are saved on our secure database. We store your address, email address, telephone number and the products contained in the order so that in the unlikely event of there being a problem, we can contact you to resolve it as efficiently as possible. If you create an account with Sports Cards you can view a full history of all your orders placed with us at any time.

No credit card / debit card details are stored on our servers or database.

All payments over our website are securely encrypted so all transactions are dealt with efficiently and safely.

Website security

All credit card / debit card details are securely encrypted using the latest 256 bit encryption and processed via Stripe.

No customer credit / debit card details are stored on our servers or database.

Account information

Sports Cards automatically creates a customer account for you once you have ordered. This is a straight forward process and allows you to view your past orders. You can login into your account any time to view or edit your orders. You can cancel your account at any time.
